Want to check out the window showroom? We'd love
to have you. Make sure you've received your quote first so you know what

There are a couple of important points to remember
when going by the showroom.
1. The Portland area showroom is run by the window
manufacturer. They're a wholesale place so be sure to let them know you're
working with Window Universe on an order and they'll let you look around.
2. Since they're a wholesale place their hours are 7am
to 4pm Monday through Friday.
3. The folks working in there are experts at what they
do which is typically entering orders, scheduling deliveries, tracking
inventory, etc. They're not always super duper product specialists.
That means if you have questions about the difference in STC rating from this
option to that or the difference
between this model and that model we're often better suited to answer. You
can take a picture of anything or take any notes and send us over an email.
We'll be happy to get you all the info you could possibly want. We have so
much info it'll blow your mind.
4. Before you go over send us an email letting us know
you're heading over. They won't have every model that we offer on display,
but there are several that are very similar so we can let you know what to look
at while you're there.
5. If you'd like color samples to bring home they may
not have enough to give away. We can send over a set anytime. Just
fill out the form on this page and we'll drop a set in the mail to you right
away. You'll typically get them in just a couple days.
